It depends on your site size. A 500-page site typically completes in 2-5 minutes. Larger sites may take longer. You can monitor progress in real time from the project dashboard.

No. CrawlTide crawls your site externally, just like a search engine bot. No code changes, DNS records, or plugins required.
CrawlTide uses DataForSEO to provide keyword data including search volume, CPC, difficulty, and competition. Research results are automatically saved to your project so your keyword library grows over time.
AI Visibility tracks how your brand appears in AI-generated search results (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews). It shows which prompts mention your site, where competitors appear, and gives you a readiness score.
Connect WordPress (via REST API + App Password), Webflow (API v2), or Shopify (Admin API). CrawlTide can then push optimized titles, meta descriptions, and schema markup directly to your CMS.
A weighted 0-100 score that factors in issue severity, category importance, and page value. It includes subscores for errors, indexability, content, links, and accessibility. Tracked historically across crawls.
Add competitors by domain. CrawlTide crawls them with the same engine it uses for your site, then compares health scores, keyword coverage, and identifies content gaps where you have opportunities.

Yes. The Free plan includes 1 project, 500 pages per crawl, 10 crawls per month, and basic issue detection. No credit card required.
Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Extra seats are available at $6/month per seat on any paid plan.
We use Stripe for payment processing. All major credit and debit cards are supported.
Go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is not deleted immediately.
Yes. The crawler auto-detects whether your site needs JavaScript rendering and falls back to Puppeteer for SPA frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
Set a schedule (daily, weekly, or hourly depending on your plan) in project settings. CrawlTide runs crawls automatically and generates a digest after each one.
Yes. Connect via OAuth from project settings. CrawlTide syncs your top queries, pages, clicks, impressions, and CTR with configurable date ranges.
Yes. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption, httpOnly cookies, CSRF protection, bcrypt password hashing, AES-256 for stored credentials, and rate limiting. Infrastructure runs on DigitalOcean with managed database encryption.
